05Overseas transfers
Some of our service providers, including Wix.com, may store or process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as a UK adequacy decision or the UK's approved data transfer agreements.
06How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't go further: up to 2 years from our last contact, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us.
- Agreements and land transactions: for the length of the agreement and 6 years after it ends or the sale completes, in line with legal and tax requirements.
- Website technical data: kept by our hosting provider for its standard periods.
After these periods, we securely delete or anonymise your information.
07Keeping it safe
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure, access-controlled systems and encrypted connections on our website. Only people who need your information to work on your land can access it.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to limit how we use it, or object to us using it
- ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation
