Director
Hannah is the Founder and Director of HRE Land Co, a specialist land and planning business dedicated to maximising the value of land and development opportunities. Originally from Manchester, she began her career across the North West and now operates throughout the wider North - of England and the Central Belt of Scotland.
After building experience within the development and land sector, Hannah identified a clear need for a more strategic and transparent alternative to quick, discounted land purchases. HRE Land Co was established to give landowners access to a professional, planning-led route that focuses on long-term value and strong market outcomes.

Working alongside an experienced business partner with over a decade in land acquisition and development, including involvement in projects with leading UK housebuilders such as Linden Homes and Bovis Homes, Hannah manages each site from initial appraisal through to completion.
She is supported by an in-house team of architects, planning consultants, and a wider network across legal and sales. With a 99% success rate across supported acquisitions, the combined expertise of the team ensures a seamless, thorough, and results-driven experience for every landowner.

Ella Hardy is a seasoned business partner at HRE Land Co, Working closely alongside Hannah Ruth. With over a decade of experience in the land and planning sector.
Ella has built an impressive career, Previously holding key roles at some of the UK's largest developers, including Linden Homes and Bovis Homes, as a Land Acquisition Specialist. Her extensive expertise and stellar reputation in the industry make her an invaluable asset to HRE Land Co, Where her strategic insight continues to drive success.
